I was out having some drinks at a local bar last weekend when I heard this song by Saving Jane. It came out back in 2006 and I have not heard it in a long time...here it is "Girl Next Door"

Does anyone remember it?

I think the idea of the song is good one...its a tough lesson to learn but someone else out there will ALWAYS have more...so we should be thankful for what we have...

BIG Weight Loss News - Oh Yeah Baby!

It is official...

For the first time since the fall of 2001, I am back under 180 pounds. I am 5'10 so my goal is 175. Today I weighed in at 179.8....woohoo!

At my heaviest in Atlanta, I was 203.5, and before I started my most recent lifestyle change, I was around 197...

So from my heaviest in Atlanta, I am down 23.7 pounds....

How bout dem apples?!?!?!

Wow...has it really almost been 3 years since I started this blog? I cannot believe it. Fast approaching...March 28, 2005 I think it was....when I think of all I have written and everything I have spoken of in this blog, it just blows my mind.

This blog has been my therapy, my "reaching out point" to people all across the country, my companion on lonely nights (how sad..lol)...but most of all it has been the way to express what I otherwise could not...

Anyway...random thoughts...

Have you heard of Leona Lewis? She won X-Factor in England...and she has a song out called Bleeding Love...it is amazing...here it is! Here she is singing live at the Echo Awards...
